Chinese Burritos
Erkuai is like a Chinese burrito. The skin is thicker and only cooked right before the sauces are spread on it. Most of the skins are made from white rice. In Xizhou, many family-owned restaurants put spicy potatoes in it. Prices range from 2-2.5 RMB. That's all.
This shop you see above is a Muslim owned erkuai shop. Out of all the erkuai places I have seen, it is the most industrialized and least family-owned. It is located on 市上街, near Sifang Jie. However, they are also the most consistent. They are open every day and offer the same things every day.
